It took them nearly half a decade to finish the new album "alte schule" (engl. "old school"). Not because of a long studio time but because of a lot of private things happend to single bandmembers. And Volker still has his other band THE PORTERS. 13 new songs wich kicks arse! Volker took over the 3rd voice, 5 songs sung in english, 3 songs sung by Melanie - somewhere between Blondie & Penelope Houston and 2 great covers. To complete this album they added some piano, organ & string-music for some backround but dont be afraid the most important thing is that they still keep the faith and on the bottom line its a great "streetpunk", "punkrock" or even "Oi! Punk" album.

10 years 4 Promille, 10 years finest german Oi! Punk suddenly quit in April 2007. Whats left was two final shows, one in Duesseldorf (Oct. 20th 07) and one in Leipzig (Nov. 2nd 07). In front of 1.000 people each show they party hard and played their balls off to make it a big success, which it was at the end. Duesseldorf went so well that we decided to record the very final show in Leipzig. No money saved they moved a lot of gear, equipment and staff to Leipzig to do the best job possible. Recorded with 3 cameras and 32 tracks and the result talks for it self. The sound is recorded by Brainrox Studio, the studio where the german band BROILERS recorded everything from their first to their last release (just to let those people know who knows the Broilers!!)FACTS: -38 songs -2 h and 26 min. playtime. BONUS: -a pictureshow with 80 unseen fotos of 10 years of 4 Promille -the complete show (all songs) on 2 extra audio cds. Wrapped and packed in some very nice 6 page Digipack (Artowk by Sammy / Broilers).
